Sabrina Allison Design offers a variety of different design and planning services. While each service is unique to the job at hand, they are all related in the elements and principals that drive them. Great design conveys a mood, inspires a desired feeling, and captivates its viewers— whether those viewers are house guests, or wedding guests.

Weddings

 

My wedding and event planning design process takes your ideas and inspiration and develops them into the event you’ve always dreamed of. Whether you’ve been adding to your Pinterest board for months, or you are struggling with where to even begin— I can help. I like to get to know the couple, and illustrate their personalities with each design decision. I am an organized and logical thinker that can bring a sense of calm and order to the sometimes overwhelming process of planning and decision making.

Options to choose from, with the opportunity to customize:

Event Management

  • This covers the role of a traditional “day-of “ coordinator, but with communication starting 8 weeks out from your wedding date to create a more comprehensive logistical plan. I also work to style your planned decor to perfection when the day arrives.

  • This service aims to take the responsibility off of you and your family so you can focus on the joy of the day. I ensure the details of your event are executed according to plan by keeping the event running on schedule, serving as the point of contact for all vendors and helpers, while offering guidance and suggestions along the way. I make myself available for the full day, including the set-up and break down of the entire event.

  • Option to add on a “mood board”, created by yours truly, with customized wedding design ideas based on your wants and needs, you can take and run with.

  • Pricing ranges from $2,800-$3,800 based on the particulars of your event.

Partial Planning: Design and Management

  • I guide you through the wedding design process, starting with the visuals and ending with the logistics to create a wedding that is both easy-on-the-eyes, and smoothly run. Your design is unique and customized to you and your partner, and we center all decisions around that fact.

  • I take on the process of sourcing where to buy, rent, or commission each design element of your event from signage to table linens, to candlelight, using trusted sources I’ve gathered over the years, while guided by your budget. How many candles do you actually need? I put all these ideas together in an impressively styled “Design Board” that we will use throughout our planning together to keep ourselves inspired and organized.

  • On the day of your event, I work to pull these design elements together, so you’re not alone standing on top of a ladder, sweating your makeup off, questioning your every decision. When the cake arrives while you’re getting a blowout, someone will know exactly where to put it and how to style it (me)!

  • As the wedding date gets closer, I familiarize myself with all your logistical plans and work to seamless execute both design and overall wedding coordination for the entirety of your event.

  • Pricing ranges from $5,800-$7,000 based on the particulars of your event.

Full Planning: Full Logistical Planning + Design and Management

  • This is an all-encompassing package that helps pull together every element needed to bring your wedding to life. From “pretty potties” to transportation (what’s a sprinter van anyway?) to hotel blocks (you probably don’t really even need one), and everything in between.

  • I take the reins on everything that may be keeping you up at night with planning your event, and guide you through the process so you can take the time to enjoy this special time. I assist with both the visual and logistical components throughout the course of planning to ensure you get the full experience of the wedding you’ve always dreamed of.

  • Cannot imagine figuring out what a realistic budget actually is? Don’t live in the same area as your venue? Don’t have the kind of job where you can pretend you are working but you are actually planning your wedding? Can’t believe you have to choose a “napkin fold”? This package may be for you.

  • Pricing ranges from $7,000-$10,000 based on the particulars of your event.

Interiors

 

I offer home interior decorating services as well— crazy!

My passion lies in creating interiors that work with the homeowner’s favorite pieces, and current architecture to enhance the look and feel of the space. When bringing in design elements, I focus on a mix of new and old, high and low, and bold and muted. Contrast, texture, and scale are my favorite elements to play with when creating a design that is both functional and inspiring.

I am most valueable to clients who may have a few key pieces they’d like to use, but need guidance on how to pull the space together. I love the challenge of working inside a few set parameters- like seemingly unattractive tile that you’re not ready to fully demo yet, or a built-in bookshelf you’ve never known what to do with, but aren’t prepared to take out. The flow of the entire home is an important influence to the overall design, so I pay close attention to how each room communicates with one another.

My personal style is best described as sophisticated, yet livable, with an edge. I use a heavy dose of vintage or classic inspired touches, natural wood tones, and calming earthy color palettes with pops of dark moody hues balanced with hints of the unusual and unexpected.

I am available to consult on small but important decisions like paint colors and sofa selections, to whole room or house design. I can help with things like finish selection and lighting swaps, but leave things like full-kitchen renovation and whole home remodels to the interior architects.
